Hotel De Novo Springdale, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel De Novo in August. The rooms were spotless, spacious and very modern. The pool area was beautiful, overlooking the amazing views of the park. Te Anu restaurant on site offered some of the most amazing meals of our trip! We went three times haha. Ahhh it was amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we were back in Zion.

The room was great! Clean, modern and rustic. Beautiful views. The restaurant on site didn't seem to follow their set hours and it was a crap shoot on if they would be open or not, hotel staff didn't seem to know either. The location is great as it's far enough out of the park that it's not overly congested, but still close to visit. Overall we loved it.

The view is AMAZING! The spot where the hotel is located is great and convenient. The staff was very very helpful and so nice. The sheets were really clean and smelling so good. All my experience there was amazing.

1. The walls paper thin I could hear the next door neighbor's conversations. 2. No free breakfast, but if ur a Hilton member, you get a voucher for the restaurant 3. View is absolutely amazing 4. Not as clean as I expected- little bugs here and there 5. Shower leaked water 6. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful

We had a nice experience staying at the Hotel de Novo. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room came with good conditions. The hotel lobby is beautiful, warm and cozy. The location is about 15 minutes drive to the Zion National Park. The surrounding area has plenty of options for coffee and restaurants. One of the staff members proudly introduced the Zion NP is actually the top visited national park in the country. Loved his enthusiasm. Even though not my favorite NP among the big five in Utah, The Zion park is definitely the most suitable places for a family trip, good for seniors and children, because of the comprehensiveness in facilities.

We have truly enjoyed our two day stay at this hotel/lodge. The staff members were very kind and amazing. Kelly checked us in and was very kind and informative. Alejandra From housekeeping was very prompt and friendly, and wanted to make sure everything in our room was great. Michaela was very helpful this evening when I called down with questions from the front desk. Based on our experience, we would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. Nice place, hot tub pool were great after hiking even in February. Restaurant and separate bar on premises. Electrical charging stations on site. Laundry and ice. Zion bus shuttle right accross the street, saves on parking fees when crowded. Hotel staff helpful.

This is an excellent hotel with very clean and modern rooms. Everything was excellent, and we had no complaints. We were happy with our entire stay of 3 nights, with 2 rooms. The breakfast menu at the restaurant is very reasonably priced and the service there was great as well. The location is excellent, the views are beautiful, and at the time we stayed there was sufficient parking for guests. The Zion shuttle stops right outside the hotel. We hope to stay again in the future!
